i have weird spots on my skin, do you have any suggestions on what they could be?

like a week ago i started having a bit itching on my leg, near my thing, i kinda ignored it cuz it wasnt itching so much, but last night i took a look on it and i have 4 spots on my leg, kinda like a circle, when i touch them its like, a hole or something, the spot is a little lower than the rest of the skin, then i took a look on my other leg and i have similar spots but smaller, i have like 20 in total, i dont think its a rash cuz its not itching soo much, although the spots r near my thing, u can discard the possibility of sexual transmited things cuz im 100% sure it has nothing to do with it, so dont try suggesting that. ill appreciate help. dont tell me to go to the doctor either cuz im going anyway, i just want u to tell me what can it be, but im going to the doctor anyways. thankx for the help
 
are the red and burning
if so then all you need to do is wash it and put some baby or body powder.
if it is a ringish and white it might be ring worm but likely not.
