I am trying to switch my phone with my mom's by just transferring my number to the phone. I've done it before and it's worked fine but now verizon is saying, "the phone associated with the device ID you entered has already been activated" and it wont switch the phones. I've suspended the service on both phones to see if that would work but it didn't. what do i do?
