I have US Cellular Nat. Family 1000 plan, how much is data use?

The site is confusing as hell now, thanks to the Belief packages, and I can't find the per-use data rates for the National Family 1000 plan.
We have 3 phones on that plan, and I'm wondering how much it would run to download a ringtone to my phone?
