I have a 1992 Toyota Celica GT with a JVC KD-S5050 Head-unit, and am not sure what the best amp and wiring set up I should use is.

I have two JBL Audio ones too but I have to repair the connections on one, I am basically trying to figure out what amp people are suggesting for two 1200 watt 12" subs because the JBL's are the same power however by giving details of the current one it should speed things up.
