I have to write a paper on consumerism...?

and I need ideas as to what I can write on, here is a little bit as to what my teacher is looking for
In this paper you will think of your life as a consumer and build a narrative around it. This assignment with serve dual purpose – 1) to critically look at an aspect of yourself and retell it 2) to allow the instructor and other students to get to know you a little better.


Course Objectives Met by this Assignment:



· Focusing on a purpose and developing their ideas thoughtfully and

· thoroughly with that purpose in mind

· Adopting appropriate tone, level of formality, and style, while

· developing personal voice

· Use writing and reading for inquiring, learning, thinking, and communicating

· Display coherence and unity through appropriate use of transitions

· Control syntax, grammar, punctuation, and spelling

· Recognize the conventions of appropriate documentation of sources
