When I am loading a webpage, often (about 40% of the time) the page will remain loading in perpetuity. However, if i close my browser and retry it often immediately works. This problem began after my girlfriend (without telling me!) changed our service provider to Bell Canada, a DSL provider and has continued to occur for the last 3 months.
How can I stop this from happening?
Seemingly important information:
* This occurs with all web browsers
* Bell Canada torrent throttles
* Bell Canada makes you use their wireless modem (2Wire 2701 modem)
* It occurs with two separate Macbook Pros with up-to-date OS X Snow Leopard operating systems
* Getting a new service provider or girlfriend are not an option.
