I need to make sheets of membership cards- say 8 to a page, with text and a membership photo on them. I need to be able to change the text (ie updating the date) every year, and change the colour of the card every year. I also need to be able to swap photos as members leave, or whatever.
Obviously a "master ticket" I could change the date on and colour on each year, and all the tickets would change to that date/colour would be useful. (there are 2800 members so you can see why that's an attractive idea) I've been told it's possible, but not how to do it.

Ok, I do have other programmes available to me. I have the MS suite including publisher, and I'm willing to learn how to use something else, (preferably open source)
