There aren't any specs other than be creative. So what I'm doing is 2 toilet paper rolls put together for the case, 2 D batteries for a power supply, and then just a wire going up to the bulb to light it up. My question is, the batteries are shaking around a bit so if I were to stuff newspaper or paper towels in there to make it more balanced could that be a fire hazard? I welcome any other suggestions as well, I have a week to do it. Thanks in advance.
