I have to interview the vice-president of a bank... help!!?

I need some ideas of questions I can ask a vice president of a bank, which specializes in car leasing. My article, for journalism class, will be centered on how the decrease in car sales have affected in a negative way the banks... I looked for some info online.. but still am having trouble figuring out what to ask... please help! thanks!
