I have to go to Securitas guard training, what is it like?

I just got hired at Securitas and I have to come in, in a few days to get my guard license. what is the training like? is it hard? Do they give you a hard test? I just graduated and this is my first job. need someone who has worked for the Company.

P.S. i'm just a regular Security Guard
