I left a condo w/out paying in full. I talked to the owner and he gave me some time to pay the money off. Unfortunately, I still haven't been been able to pay him. He sued me. I have to go to court for that and I have some questions:
First of all I don't own a car or house. So really there isn't much they can take from me... I guess
I owe him $1,775.89
Here are the questions:
What exactly will the court make me do?
Will the court or whatever be looking at my previous record?
How should I dress and what shall I bring?
How bad is this going to affect my future?
What should I avoid saying or doing during the court?
Any other info
I know its 100% my fault and I really have nothing negative to say but the other person. He has been very understanding and kind to me.
