It happened first when I was young. I was fishing with family and the river we were at had a sharp curve. I was around that curve, and caught a fish. After he was reeled in, I ... put "it" in it's mouth. I was like 6 man. I didnt know what the heck was happening. My dad caught me, but I didnt get scared and stop when he walked up on me. I think about doing it all the time. I try to do it again once a year. Should I kill myself? Am I sick and deranged?

probably not. you're probably just obsessing a bit because it happened when you were a kid and developed into a mild paraphilia. can you still have sexual thoughts that involve people of your own species? if you need fish or fish thoughts in order to get off, you may have a problem and want to seek help. if you just want to do this every once and awhile... it's a fetish that most people don't have, but i doubt you're sick.

Once a year seems like a very, very, long time to go between incidents of compulsive behavior. Makes little sense to me, if any at all. What's really going on? It smells pretty fishy to be fish. And of course you shouldn't kill yourself. But you're far from deranged. And if you're sick, you carefully worded that question for being sick. Sounds to me like you're trying to be convincing about something that doesn't hold water. (pardon the pun) Your punctuation is too good for the discription of a supposed illness. It was carefully scripted, obviously. When you want to say what's really happening, I'll be listening. Take care.

An obsession about anything that in not considered common is something that takes time with professional guidance. It's not the end of the world but can become a social problem and that will cause other phobias. And then become a possible legal problem. Get help and enjoy the new path it can take you where you won't even feel sick.
