at this since march and? i have managed to do 2 on occasion, but most times i cant, my recruiter works me 4 times a week and i work out on my own on fridays im using pull up resistance bands and when i go to the gym lat pull downs and bench press and a whole bunch of other stuff , ive been working hard at this for weeks now and im just not seeing any progress , i dont have much time left and i want to earn title of Marine more then anything , can anyone please help me! please far as run time i do 1.5 miles in 12.49 and over 1oo situps in 2 mins im 6'2 189 pounds help!
