i have tiny blisters inside my right nostril that lead to the rim?

It started 2 days ago. There are small blisters inside my nostril and it hurts if i touch them quite a bit. I can breathe with no problem but if i touch my nose or rub it it is very painful. I had it happen another time but I just put alcohol on it but it took a while to go away. This time I am looking to see if anyone might have any idea what it might be. They cause a light yellowish crust and seem to be filled with liquid. I do not thing it is impetigo (i believe its called/spelled). Anyone have a clue? Thanks
