I have three days left to test water quality in my local river?!!!?

its for a geography assignment. i want to test pH, coliform bacteria, salinity, dissolved oxygen, nitrate, pH, phosphate, temperature, and turbidity.
wel...maybe not ALL of them, but AT LEAST pH, coliform bacteria, salinity, nitrate and anything else helpful. how do i dop this? homemade tests welcome!

PLEASE HELP ME!!
