I was with my girlfriend last night, and she was giving me a HJ over my pants but I mean it still felt really good there wasnt anything wrong.. but like she was at it for legit 30 minutes or so and nothing. like there was some precum but i didnt finish.. like I have trouble finishing myself.. is there something I need to do... like my friend said you need to relax and I guess i was kinda tense but I just wanna come because its so irritating :/... help please?
 
Just takes practice and you have to relax. Not sure how you expect to ejaculate in your pants, most guys can't fit their erections in their pants. Being too tight might be a lot of the problem. As far as solo sex, you need to just use an easy, slow stroke and not build up friction. Slower and gentler works best.
