it's ingrown hair? Okay, I'm a 15 year-old girl and a day after I got my period, I got this pimple kind of thing near my pubic area. At first, I thought it was ingrown hair but the pimple is there and I don't see hair underneath the surface(skin). However, there's hair on top and around the pimple area.

(Oh and I am not sexually active)

Is it ingrown hair or what? And how do I get rid of it permanently?
