I have this weird bump on the back of my ear. Should i be concerned?

I recently put a 10 gauge plug in my ear and ive been washing it and keeping up with it. I now have this bump on the back of my ear above the lobe and below the cartilage. Im not sure what it is, it doesn't really hurt just a little when i touch it. What should i do? should I be concerned? Should i see a doctor? should i take the jewelry out? Anything helps
