I have this sharp pain, down in my testicles area what the hell is it?

for the past couple months (4-5) I've had a sharp pain (not to gross you guys out or anything) but it's right underneeth my balls sack, and whenever i urinate it hurts, any ideas what it is...cause i sure as hell dont!
