...based on the parents' income? I have been the parent of primary residence for over 13 months, I was recently told I can apply for assistance (healthcare, food stamps, school lunch) based on the parents' income, which is almost nothing (I don't qualify under my income). This would be a big help to me. How do I apply if I have no proof of their income and they won't give it to me? The parents do recieve welfare.
