I have these little tiny bugs lurking in my clothes and in my rug,not many but

resemnble meal worms? PLEASE HELP, I have these bugs here and there, they resemble meal worms or these things called wireworms but these are usually outdoor pests as i research these there is no reason why they would be in my house, please help, they are sosososos tiny, easy to squish and they look like a little line and sometimes curl in a c shape they look yellow creamish with brownish stripes, i only see them on my clothes or in my rug no where else, im desperate please help
