Hello, I'm aaron I'm a 17 year old and I've ben heavily depressed from my acne breakout.
It first started when I was 13-14 and has now gotten so bad its spread across my back and my chest. Blackhead white heaRAB cystic acne all over me.
During my 14-16 years I used to not bathe often but now I'm a clean freak so I bath once a day sometimes have the urge to bathe several times a day and yet the acne still plagues me.
I have unexplainable depression from it and basicly have no social life from it.
Could anyone recommend anything? household remedies can also be apreciated.
