The problems with my phone are 1. It flickers like a tv screen that is broken and u only see a gray picture with lines on it 2. It unlocks itself whenever i am in a call 3. I cannot look at some of my picture messages 4. When i press the unlock button it doesn't unlock 5. The SD card unlocks then locks and 6. It sometimes does not show up who calls. I have been to the T-mobile store in Clinton, and told them all of the problems with my phone and they had to call another T-mobile place so i can get the new phone because they had no more in stock. So i went to the other T-mobile store and got the phone i had asked them what if the new phone has the same problems as the old phone? He said that i would have to get a new one. I Got this new phone yesterday and it still has the same problems as the old phone did. My cousins also have the same phone as i do and they have the same problems too.
I have the Samsung Behold 2 and there are many problems with it. What should i do?
