I have the 7 dollar a month insurance. My Samsung Instinct (original one) has been having numerous software problems. I will be in the middle of composing a text and a new one will be recieved and the screen will freeze up. Sometimes it will just randomly freeze and take me back to the speed dial screen. These are just a few of software problems. Facially, the cover over the headphone jack split in half. My siblings have had problems with their blackberrys and always get refurbished ones. I am thinking since they do not manufacture my phone anymore, there wont be many refurbished ones. So basically i am asking, if i go to the sprint store and tell them this, will i get fucked over or will i get an S30 or something??
I have the best Sprint insurance, will it cover this? (Samsung Instinct)?
