I have t-mobile with a trick sim card in my iphone? Please Help?

I have an Iphone 4 using the trick sim card with t-mobile. I updated it to the 5.0 IOS version and the new screen came up with steps and then when it activated it said I don't have a valid sim card. It won't let me go to the home page to do those steps that go along with the fake tmobile iphone..doesn't anyone know what I can do?!?!
