I have stopped taking carbohydrate for dieting. Will I face any health problem

for carbohydrate deficiency? I try to maintain a balanced diet and I'm into protein diet mainly to loss weight. I also do daily cardio exercises and gym for 2 hours. I have already lost 10kg. So far I have faced no problem within 1 month. But my mom is telling me to take some carbohydrate. But leaving carbohydrate really helped me to loss much weigh. I am just worried about the health problem for the deficiency that I haven't faced yet. I have no idea what the problems might be. Any idea???
