I'm feeling kinda down? The first 3 days were brilliant, I was following the plan and exercising with not a bother at all. I was feeling positive and feeling really good about myself. Yesterday I was feeling a little down and kind of agitated, and today has been a little worse, I'm sticking to my diet and exercise plan, I'm getting enough vitamins and eating enough etc, but just today I feel like I want chocolate or sweets or something, is this normal? Have any other dieters experienced this and will it pass??
