...low-cholesterol and working out-? i have bought a couple of cooking items to help me with this process, including a JUICER.FOLKS, anyone have some ideas as to which are the best foods health wise that I would be able to find in an average supermarket, and also in a whole foods etc, that I can juice with to help me in my fitness and health quest?I want to lose the weight and tone up, and i have a very physically demanding job 3 to 4 nights at 8 to 10 hours at a clip- lots and lots of biking,etc. I really want this to be for good- as I am tired of being sick and tired!

So- whatever foods that I can juice up with the juicer for energy, stress tolerance, cleansing, name it! thanks so very very much for any and all help! 285lbs now, hopefully 250 in less than 4 months!
