i have sprint. is metro pcs or Any other carrier better?

i have sprint but feel im not getting the best deals and i don't really like my phone the 'rumor'. Plus the phone i would like to purchase is $580.99. That is really expensive and i would like to know if metro or anything else is a better buy?
 
yes I have Verizon and it is so reliable. The phones arnt that expessive and if you switch they give you a deal on a phone that you get a two year contract on
