If I do the following workout everyday how much weight will I lose in one month? ok here is my workout regime as I do it:
Run 5 miles,workout on dumbbells/free weights, Bench Press,Squats,Trunk Twist,Side Bends and then boxing class for two hours. Now every workout that was listed on here except for boxing I do for 30 minutes straight every day With a minutes resting period every 30 minutes well will I lose weight doing this and how much will I lose in a month? Plus If I stop drinking soda completely staring this week will that also help even more and changing my eating habits as well im thinking of eating vegetables and fruits but only eat meat once twice a week well tell me what you think and sorry if it's to long.
PS: IF YOU WANT YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT WOULD BE A BETTER WAY TO GO ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT IF YOU DON'T LIKE THIS WAY OR JUST GIVEME SOME TIPS IF YOU GOT ANY THANKS.
