I have a 1 gallon plastic tank. i am planning on getting guppies, how many should i get, i was told 3 females and 1 male. and how do i heat a plastic tank without burning a hole into it. Thank you! :]
Im not a expert or a fish lover but speaking for the guppies i think ur tank is too small even for 1 guppy, although if u wanted a heater for a 1gallon tank i heard at the pet store they sell heating pads for small containers like that.. but i honestly think 1 male and 3 females are good.. because the males love to mate
a 1 gallon tank is too small for them. I think you shouldn't put guppies in there. The fish most suited for this situation is the betta. But even they like 2.5 and more. But if you REALLY REALLY want guppies you should only get maybe 1 male and 2 females.
