ok i just recently got a sidekick lx unlocked because i'm with at&t, but i have issues with this phone and this has never happen to me before with a sidekick, 1. it will not alert me when i get a new txt message and i put the whole alert me 2 mins. thingy but still i hate it i want to be able to know right when i get a new text message, 2. when someone texts me it only shows there number and i dont remember everyone number so its hard for me to figuer out who is who, 3. i do not have a data plan on my account and i need to know how i can get an update for this or the OTA thingy.. please help me thanks.
