J Jenniferr New member Apr 7, 2010 #1 Hi, i am thirteen and an avid runner. Today,just before 11 am, i had a spontaneous sidestitch, and it hasn't gone away, even after running at track practice today and stretching well. Does anyone have any explanation for this? Thanks.
