im not sure where you live that seeing a doc is so expensive. you may be 'over stressed' to the point that the body cant take much more. a friend recently was having similar symptoms including anxiety and panic attacks and the doc felt it may have been caused by stress. learn to slow down. relax. less worry. trusting all will be ok. feed yourself not only good food but healthy positive affirmations for the mind. learn to breathe deeply and get the oxygen in etc. get plenty of sleep. read more on positive living. listen to calm music. switch off the tv. walk amongst nature. if your having financial issues face them and slowly but consistantly deal with it. nurture yourself for a couple of weeks and feel the difference.
