I have sharp shooting pain in my right breast thier both sore and to?

Make it even worse i have a really bad dull back ache that tingles and cramping/twinging on what feels to be my ovaries. i did research and i think it may be cysts. is it possible to have them in both breasts and ovaries and if so why
