i have very sharp pains in my upper stomach, and bloating, I cant eat or drink anything without it really hurting. Please i need help its hurting right now, and i have been complaining to my children about it! Help!!!!!!!!! HELP! IM laughing and it hurts, does anyone have an idea of what this could be? i did eat food last night after i got off of work and shortly after that, i started having these issues, i was wondering if this can be food poisoning?
