For the past month or show I've been getting these sharp - achy pains in my knees. It is spotty like 3 times a day and every time it lasts for about 2-5 minutes. It hurts a lot it doesn't make me unstable I can still walk it just hurts. What is this?
Extra info.... I am 14, I don't run a lot, don't play any sports, and have never injured my knee. The pain is concentrated mainly right under my knee cap and to the side a bit..... on rare occasions I get the same pains in my ankles.
