For about a couple of years now, i've been having knee pains. I'm 18 years old. I use to play sports but don't anymore. I'm currently attending college, which i walk a lot everyday. During class, I can't really concentrate well because the pain is just so sharp. And when night comes, it hurt so bad.
I've been to the doctor, they took x-rays but can't find anything that could be causing the problem. I've seen an orthopedic and she just told me to do exercises (which do not seem to be helping)
Do you think i should get an MRI so that they could see what wrong with my knee's (besides just the bone).
The pain is currently behind my left knee and on the side of my right knee...what could be causing this pain?
