I have rust spots on my car...?

I have a couple small paint chips on the front of my car that are starting to rust. Whats a good way to get rid of this small rust and seal to prevent the rust? I thought of sanding the rust spots (which are no bigger than the size of a dime) and then just sealing with clear nail polish. Would that work? Thanks
 
hahaha wow, nail polish. Now thats using your imagination. You had the right idea with the sanding down part. You need to get a professional to sand down the areas and repaint the areas then primer and a few coats of paint. Otherwise just live with it.
