I have regular periods, But i missed one this month. & i didnt have sex.?

Im a 16 yr old girl . Have been having regular periods for 4 yrs or so. But this month i missed one . & i didnt have sex. What could be the reason?

Please help me =]
 
I'm 16 as well, and I'm in the same boat as you!
I've yet to have sex and I missed my period this month.
My mom said its because of Feb. only have so many days.
But also when I'm around new girls for more than a few days my periods change to match theirs. I pretty much suck, but I can't control it.

Many reasons for a missed period and the most likely one when you're 16 is that you're still growing up and your hormones are changing.

Are you stressed?

Stress can be a likely factor in a missed period.

There could be loads of resons including stress, change o diet, increse in exercise, rapid weight change. I wouldnt worry about it
