I'm a 14 year old girl and I got my first period last spring. At first there was hardly any blood but now I'm starting to get more of a regular period and close to a certain date. I'm also starting to get these really weird mood swings. Like one day I'll be so so happy and hyper and then the next day I'll be sad and tired for absolutely no reason. Sometimes I even start crying and I have NO idea why. is this normal? I know that teen girls on there periods get mood swings but do girls just randomly start crying and don't know why?
I have REALLY weird mood swings.......?
