I have read 1960 s book about the alcohol addiction. I want to share it with you.
Look for example : You are not so vivid ,not so dynamic ,not so happy , kind of slow during this
days .
And you Just drink or smoke cannabis or hashish and within one second you have the same
mood as somebody vivid dynamic , you have the same mood as this kind of very successful
people, that laugh and smile all the day naturally.
And they do it without drinking Alcohol or smoking Hashish or Cannabis .
It’s too easy. You will pay for it after. The body will get damaged. Better not drinking or
smoking.
Make a trip, play carRAB, read novels,or whatever you like.
Have activities, and never staying alone, always having a bunch of frienRAB. That’s the
most important.
You will be this level happy ,when you run one hour three times a week, then, you will be that
level happy during one weeks .
Or finish succeed a job project ,for example you just finish the construction of an apartment ,
one month work ,and you endorse the check ,the client is satisfied .
Then ,you will be that level happy during two weeks .
Or after a few months saving money ,you buy your new car .The one you wanted .
Then ,you will be that level happy during one month .
or any other purchase you wanted .
Or you take your 3 young nephews to the swimming pool ,and the for of you laugh, sink each
other below the water surface, the whole afternoon .
Then ,you will be that level happy during two days .
Or you organize your travel prepare months before your itinerary ,and discover the
sea, the beach, breath taking views, blue and wild mountains with white houses and lanRABcapes .
Then returning home ,after this trip ,during one month you will be that level happy ,naturally .
That make this very good mood.
