I have random popups on my pc and in my history I scanned-nothing...scaned in safe...

Download Malwarebytes and Superanti spyware. Run both in safe mode and it should get rid if the problem. Try kaspersky's online scanner.
 
...mode.. Whats the next step? I have random pop ups, and random searches in history that I did not search at all, it pops up in the history box on its own right before my eyes!


I heard scanning in safe mode makes it easier to get rid of viruses
I scanned in safe mode, also found nothing

I have upgraded, and payed for my antivirus from the store,

What is my next step? Should I try free scans offered on microsoft/panda?

downloaded the super antispyware? does it get rid of it? or only "detects" it?

I scanned it twice, and both times it showed the same exact thing, it never says anything about deleteing it

only "detected" what does it mean?

Maleware bytes is the way to go. If you have random pop-ups look in the contro panel -> add/remove programs. See if you see anything fishy that might be installed or see the content of the ads and see if it could be related to something.
