I have questions about Army jobs and AIT.?

From what I hear there are several AITs that have a failure rate. Which ones have a high failure rate and why? What happens if you fail that AIT? Are you kicked out of the Army, given another chance at that AIT, or given a new MOS? Can someone please clear this up for me?
 
I believe ATC is one of them.

You will be given another chance however if you can't pass you reclass (usually to needs of the Army).

The instructors will work with you though if you are struggling.
