I have problem with uninstalling corel paint shop pro...remnants still hang around.

HELP? Windows still shows remnants of Corel Paint Shop Pro even though I tried to uninstall it. When I go to the control panel, it shows the name and size. The Publisher and Date are blank. The option to UNINSTALL/CHANGE is NOT available as an option. HELP
