i have pre-cancer cells and need advice?

i was told that i had abnormal pap and had a colscopy [cant spell] then i had a biospy and then i went into a LEEP procedure ...is this going to go away or going to get worse...and can i get pregnant in the future..im a little worried the docs didnt give me information that i needed and a little worried..
