I have poor Oild pressure in my '95 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

I just bought a '95 jeep grand cherokee off a relative and it has not been driven for 2+ years. I was a daily driver back then and has 185K miles now.

After Driving the jeep for a few miles the oil pressure slowly starts dropping dow to 0. If I turn the Jeep off and then restart the pressure goes back up and slowly starts dropping again. Like I said it was a daily driver 2 years ago and was fine.
