I have no job in year than I got job at sprint & guy hit me & got fired can i get national or state unemploymt Do i qualify for unemployement at all; i am willing to work anywhere i just cant find a job then i finally do and this crazy guy hits me and i get fired after working for 3 weeks; do i qualify for anything at all; i live on the streets mainly; i dont know what to do; i am staying at a friends now; any help

then you sue your workplace for firing you
then you sue your workplace for not protecting you.
they probebly didnt do a background check on the bastard
