I have no friends to talk to?

So I have this friend we have been besT friends since first grade but this year was our senior year and alot took place. She has always been boy crazy and she broke a promise about us not letting boy get in the middle of our friend ship. But know that I in college my two other friend went away for college so I can't talk to them and there are a few others that endup trashing me on faccebook and the only person to talk to I don't trust. And the other day me and my best friend was at this thing with another friend and they asked who do you tell everything to and she poined to this other girl. I lost my best friend and I have no one to talk to.. HELP!! I am feeling a little alone
