i have no clutch pedal pressure, how can i fix this?

i have a 94 toyota corolla 1.6l 5 speed, & there is no pressure at the clutch pedal, so i replaced the master cylinder & slave cylinders, filled the system, & checked for leaks, & have found none.

what else could this be (im POSITIVE its not the clutch disk assembly)?
